MALTS /

We use 3 types of malts from Germany. Each kind of malt plays different role, they make our beer have slightly malty flavor and straw colour.

HOPS /

We select 2 types of traditional hops from Germany. These hops not only bring our beer adequate bitterness but also floral, herbal aroma.

YEAST /

The soul of our beer. This belgian yeast gives our beer fruity aroma with a slightly spicy character and refreshing, drinkable taste.

HONEY /

Our starring role. We use premium Da Lat honey with floral and sweet taste, this honey can perfectly match with our beer and bring a hint of honey aroma.
